Residential buildings in Can Gambús, Sabadell

The construction works of two buildings of flats in Can Gambús, Sabadell, continues to progress as expected. Can Gambús are 2 buildings with 50 flats, parking lots and storage rooms, combined into 7 modules with a community garden, a swimming pool and playgrounds. The two buildings consist of a basement, a ground floor and three upper floors. The façades are made of white brick with Ferrater brick, with mobile lattices on the façades facing the street to filter the sunlight. The building will be a NZEB building with an AA energy rating, with grey water and rainwater recovery and aerothermal energy.

The works are scheduled to finish by the end of 2023.
